| The “Limitations on Three Strikes” initiative on the November ballot would gut California's “3 Strikes” law. According to the California District Attorneys Association, the initiative will release some 26,000 convicted felons from prison and return them to the counties for re-sentencing, where most will have their sentences overturned or dramatically reduced.
